Our Commitment to Excellence At Seeya Lash, we stand behind the artistry and quality of our professional lash supplies. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you with a seamless return process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period beginning from the date your order is confirmed as delivered. To be eligible for a return, the request must be initiated within this 30-day timeframe.

2. Hygiene & Condition Standards

Due to strict health and safety regulations regarding cosmetic products, all returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Pristine Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original luxury packaging with all factory seals intact.
  • Adhesives & Liquids: For chemical integrity, these items are non-returnable if the security seal has been broken or tampered with.
  • Exclusions: Any items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Domestic (US): A $6.00 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the cost of the return label.
  • International: International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any associated customs duties or taxes.
  • Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection and quality control processing.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our concierge at info@seeyalash.com within 48 hours. We will verify the issue and provide a priority replacement at no cost to you.

5. Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
